in order to allow time for a thorough inspection and for your connivence, we schedule our inspections at 8:00 and 12:00. depending upon the size of the property and condition, most property evaluations take between 2 - 4 hours.

if you are purchasing out of our normal service area of brentwood, franklin, nashville, spring hill, thompson's station, williamson or davidson county tn, a small travel fee will incur.

as a side note, tennessee law now requires all for-hire home inspectors to be licensed. michael thornton, principal of complete home inspections, inc., was among the first home inspectors to be state compliant when the home inspection law was enacted in 2004. all of our home inspectors are state compliant and licensed.
